Built specifically for enlarging existing holes, this professional 3-Piece Hole Expansion Step Reamer Set provides a fast, controlled way to open up and deburr holes in steel and other metals.

Unlike a standard drill bit, the stepped cutting design progressively enlarges an existing hole. Each reamer features five enlargement steps, giving the complete set a working range from 5/16″ through 1-1/16″.

The 90° notch point is designed to engage existing holes, while the 3/8″ shank with three flats provides a secure grip in the drill chuck and helps prevent slipping under load.

Manufactured from High Speed Steel (HSS) and treated with a Gold Oxide finish, these reamers are built for demanding metalworking, fabrication, maintenance and repair applications. The Gold Oxide treatment improves lubricity and helps reduce friction during cutting.

Designed for use in material up to 1/2″ thick.
